Tanya McCain, 41, of Moncton, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at The Moncton Hospital. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of David McCain of Moncton and Cathy LeBlanc (André) of Lakeville.

Besides her parents, she will be sadly missed by her six children: Kiyana (Daniel), Jalen, Tysanna, Taniya, Jaleek and Nahla; her granddaughter, Alayjah; two half siblings: Katrina and David; paternal grandparents, Shirley and Vincent McCain; godmother, Jaqueline Cormier; as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends

She was predeceased by her maternal grandparents, Willie and Hélène LeBlanc; as well as her godfather, Philippe McCain.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) where the funeral service will be celebrated on Tuesday May 17, 2022 at 3 pm. Visiting hours are Tuesday from 2 pm until time of funeral. Face coverings are recommended. In memory of Tanya, a contribution to the Addiction and Mental Health Services (Detox) would be appreciated.
