I’m about heartbroken and shocked to hear of sweet little Tanya’s passing. I have beautiful memories and photos of her when she was about 13 years old and had a sleepover at my place with Darlene. She had stayed up late with me, cutting pumpkins up so I could freeze them in freezer bags. She was a delightful, funny and sweet girl. My more sincere and deepest condolences to her family.

My condolences to the family. I grew up around Tanya and her kids for a good portion of my life and even remember babysitting Jalen and Tysanna when they were young, and I will always consider them as my other family/siblings. Tanya was one of the few people I can say was a true friend to my mother. Rest In Peace Tanya.

Cathy - Scott and I wanted to extend our most sincere and heartfelt condolences to you and your family, especially Tanya's children. From Beaverbrook School, to the Boys Club, to the Shipyard to Chevy's, there are a million memories that come flooding in and everyone of them were of happy and fun times. Although we all went or separate ways, our childhood memories will never change. Tanya's laughter, wittiness and charm will stay with us always. Cathy, I spent a lot of time at your place when we were growing up. You were always so kind to me (Carrie) and I hope you know I envied Tanya for the love you showed her. She never went without, your love for her was evident and I have no doubt that until the day she left, your love for her was unquestionable. I miss you Cathy, my heart goes out to you and I will remember Tanya forever. I've lost yet another friend way too soon :( May she rest in paradise and visit you and her children in your dreams.
