Juliette "Judy" Cormier, age 70, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family, on Monday, October 26, 2026, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born in Petit-Cap, she was the daughter of the late David and Laurina (Vautour) Jacob.

She will be sadly missed by her husband, Hector; her two daughters: Odette (Charles) Ouellette of Shediac and Cindy (Brian) Goguen of Cap-Pelé; three grandchildren: Krissy Cormier, Janelle Cormier and Jocelyn Blanchette; two great-grandchildren: Zaniyah Lee and Damian Lee; her sisters: Norma (the late Edgar) LeBlanc of Edmundston, Rose (Alvin) Devarennes of Shediac, Jeannine (René) Landry and Jeannette Jacob, both of Moncton; as well as her brother, Roland (Barbara) Jacob of Cap-Pelé.

Besides her parents, Juliette was predeceased by her son, Hector (Junior).

The family will receive condolences at the Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 2642 Acadie Road, Cap-Pelé, on Thursday, October 29, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. The funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Ste-Thérèse d’Avila Roman Catholic Church, 2648 Acadie Road, Cap-Pelé.
