Edith Bourgeois, 103, of Moncton, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family, on Monday September 28, 2026 at Shannex Gordon Hall. Born in Lewisville, she was the daughter of the late Richard and Marguerite (Landry) Boudreau.

She is survived by three children: Paul (Anne-Marie), Francis (Diane) and Simone LeBlanc (Marc); as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Gerard; three children: Phyllis Boudreau, Jeannine Bourgeois and Yvon; five siblings: Lina, Edward, Philippe, Emile and Doris.

In accordance with her wishes, there will be no visitation and no funeral service. Interment will be at Our Lady of Calvary cemetery in Dieppe. In memory of Edith, a contribution to The Friends of The Moncton Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
