Cécile Moar, 82, of Moncton passed away on Wednesday August 12, 2026, at the Villa du Repos. Born in Rogersville, she was the daughter of the late Mathias and Aurélie (Pitre) Goguen.

Prior to her retirement, Cécile worked for many years at the Université de Moncton Canteen.

She is survived by her two daughters: Debbie Little (Larry) of Dieppe and Karen Smith of Moncton; three grandchildren: Aaron, Marcel and Alisha; as well as several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

As per her request, there will be no visitation at the funeral centre and no funeral service.  In her memory, a contribution can be made to the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
