It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Thomas J. Gallant of Riverview, who passed on August 1, 2026, at the age of 92, at the Monarch Hall Nursing Home. He was the son of the late Joseph and Marguerite (LeBlanc) Gallant.

Prior to his retirement, Thomas worked as a mechanic, at Waite's Garage, for many years.

He leaves to mourn his son, Tony Gallant of Riverview, one grandniece, Hailey; one grandnephew, Bradley; and his nieces and nephews.

Thomas was predeceased by his wife, Alice Jones (2012); and also, by his siblings: Albert, Yolande Guthro, Arthur, and Reggie Barryman.

In memory of Thomas, a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society of NB would be appreciated.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac, on Friday, August 7, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.  There will be no funeral service.  Interment will be in the St-Joseph cemetery, Shediac.
