Sandra Petitpas, 60, of Pointe-du-Chêne, NB, passed away peacefully on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC in Moncton. She was the daughter of the late Benoît and Jeannette (Léger) Petitpas.

Sandra worked most of her life at Cape Bald Packers in Cap-Pelé.

Her favorite pastime was music.  But the one thing she cherished most, was the time spent with her daughter and grandchildren.

She is survived by her only daughter, Natasha Melanson (Paul) from Barachois; her two grandchildren: Jace Brun and Gema Brun; her sister Debra Thibault (Raymond) of Pointe-du-Chêne; and her brother, Stewart (Daryl McCloud) of Halifax.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her siblings: Randy, Bradly, Carole, Ricky and Kevin.

As per her wishes, there will be no visitations. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 10 a.m., in the chapel at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac.

In memory of Sandra, a donation to the NB Lung Association would be appreciated.
