At Providence House Shediac, on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at
the age of 91, Murielle Vautour of Cap-Pelé passed away.
She was the daughter of the late Alderic and Odila (Girouard)
LeBlanc.
Murielle worked as the accountant for the family's potato
business throughout her career. In her free time, she enjoyed dancing
and listening to music, but above all, she cherished the time she
spent with her family.
She will be sadly missed by her husband, Alfred, with whom
she shared 71 years of marriage; her two sons: Robert
"Bobby" Vautour (Léonette) and Claude Vautour
(Annie), both of Bas-Cap-Pelé; her daughter, Marcia Brine
(Charles) of Dieppe; her brother, Désiré LeBlanc
of Bouctouche; her five grandchildren; and her eleven
great-grandchildren.
Besides her parents, Murielle was predeceased by her sisters
and brothers: Stella Savoie, Jeannette Goguen, Ronalda LeBlanc,
Noëlla Léger, Lorraine Bastarache, and Marie-Paule
LeBlanc.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to
the staff of Providence House Shediac for the exceptional care and
compassion shown to Murielle.
In memory of Murielle, donations to
Ste-Thérèse d'Avila Cemetery or Lunchbox Grandpa
would be appreciated.
In accordance with the family's wishes, there will be no
visitation. A private funeral service will be held.
Interment will be in Ste-Thérèse d'Avila
Cemetery in Cap-Pelé.

care of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 2642 Acadie Road,
Cap-Pelé (506-577-3297).
