Charles J. LeBlanc, 68, of Moncton, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at The Moncton Hospital, following a prolonged hospitalization. He was surrounded by the love and support of his family and friends. Born in Moncton on June 10, 1957, he was the son of the late Philippe and Marguerite (Chevarie) LeBlanc.

He is survived by his wife, Diane (Arsenault) LeBlanc, with whom he shared 38 years of marriage; his children, Michel (Yannick) and Nadine (Julien); his sister, Yvonne LeBlanc (Matt); his brother, Yvon LeBlanc (Line); his brother-in-law, Jeff Daigle; as well as many nieces and nephews. He also leaves behind the extended Arsenault family, including many brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews, whom he cherished as his own.

Despite facing health challenges throughout his life, Charles always found reasons to laugh and bring smiles to those around him. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, playing cards, watching sports, listening to old music, and spending time with family and friends. Known for his great sense of humor, he loved teasing others and was always willing to lend a helping hand whenever he could.

Charles was predeceased by his brother, Guy; his nephew, Gino Precoma, son of his sister Yvonne; and his sister, Rose-Marie, wife of Jeff.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (506-858-1900), where the funeral service will be celebrated on Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 4 p.m. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday from 3 p.m. until the time of the funeral.

In memory of Charles, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
