Carole Villeneuve, 59, of Moncton, passed away on Thursday April 9, 2026 at the Villa du Repos.  Born in Montréal, Qué., she was the daughter of René Villeneuve of Moncton and the late Irène (Guimond) Villeneuve.

Besides her father, she is survived by one sister, Nicole Villeneuve-Fennell (Mike) of Moncton; her nephew, Samuel; her niece, Myriam (Josh Petley); as well as her aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Besides her mother, she was predeceased by her brother, Dr. Marc Villeneuve.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (506-858-1900) Tuesday from 3 to 5 pm.  The funeral mass will be celebrated at Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix, 87 Murphy Avenue, Moncton on Wednesday April 15 at 4 pm.  Interment will be Saint-Charles parish cemetery at a later date.  In memory of Carole, a donation to the Recreation Department at the Villa du Repos would be greatly appreciated.
