It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Raoul LeBlanc, 80, of Saint-Louis-de-Kent, on Thursday, February 5, 2026 at the Villa Maria in Saint-Louis-de-Kent. Born in Richibouctou-Village, he was the son of the late Alphonse and Eva (Léger) LeBlanc.

He is survived by his siblings: Léo (Andéa), Jeannine Richard (late Euclide), Alphonsine Allain (late Vincent) all three of Richibouctou, Marie Richard (late Léandre) and Gérard (Ida) both of Richibouctou-Village; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by four sisters: Léontine, Annette, Bertha and Alphonsine (at a young age); seven brothers: Alcide, Abel, Rhéal, Élias, Yvon, Adolphe and Zoël.

His greatest joy was his family, and his friends at the Villa Maria. Without them knowing, the doctors, nurses and support staff made a difference in Raoul’s stay at the Villa and the family thanks them all.

The family will receive condolences in Saint-Antoine-de-Padoue R.C. Church, 3794, Route 505 in Richibouctou-Village on Friday February 20, 2026 from 9:30 am until time of funeral. The funeral mass will be celebrated on Friday at 11 am in the church. Raoul will be resting in the parish cemetery.
