Gisèle LeBlanc, 64, of Moncton, passed away on Friday January 16, 2026 at The Moncton Hospital. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Laurie and Elta (LeBlanc) Surette.

She is survived by her husband of 43 years, Francis; two sons: Kevin (Carol) and Jason (Nadine); five grandchildren: Riley, Yanick, Dante, Seth (Tryn), and Ariana (Taylor); one brother, Terry; one brother-in-law, Gary Vautour; une belle-soeur, Louise Surette; as well as several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by one brother, Frank; and one sister, Charline.

The family wishes to extend a special thank you to her friend, Diane LeBlanc, and Dr. Sarah Ironside in oncology, for their continued support and exceptional care during Gisèle’s illness.

A private funeral service was celebrated. Gisèle will rest at the Frenette Columbarium in Moncton. In memory of Gisèle, a contribution to the Friends of The Moncton Hospital Foundation (oncology) or the Brain Tumour Foundation of Canada (Glioblastoma) would be greatly appreciated.
