With broken hearts, we announce the sudden passing of
Philippe (Filippo) DiDomenicantonio at home on January 2, 2026. He
leaves behind a life defined by family bonds, hard work and a love for
the people and places that shaped him.
Left to grieve his absence is the love of his life,
Noëlla Belliveau, who stood by his side through every chapter
of life and whose unwavering presence was a constant source of
strength. He is survived by his cherished sister, Nadia and his
nephew, Nino. Also grieving are Noëlla’s nephew,
Donald, and all her loving family.
Born in Casagreca, Abruzzo, Italy, Philippe carried his roots
with him throughout his life. He returned there often. He was
predeceased by his father Vincenzo, mother Pasquina, sister Lina, and
brother Ceasar.
Philippe took great pride in his work as Master Tile Setter.
He had a natural talent for renovating, taking great pride in all his
projects. His favorite pastime was playing golf where he enjoyed both
the challenge of the game and the camaraderie it brought. Gardening
was also a treasured pastime.
Philippe’s presence will be profoundly missed but
his spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved
him.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
Interment will be at Our Lady of Calvary cemetery in Dieppe. In memory
of Philippe, a contribution can be done to Hospice SENB (Albert House)
or the N.B. Heart and Stroke Foundation.
