It is with great sadness that the family of Emma Vienneau announces her passing on Friday December 19, 2025, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center in Moncton, at the age of 97. A resident of Shediac and formerly of Saint-André-LeBlanc, she was the daughter of the late Alphée and Justine (Bourque) Donnelle. She was the last survivor of her immediate family, leaving behind memories of a full life, cherished by all who knew her.

She is survived by her children: Bishop Valéry Vienneau of Moncton, Annette LeBlanc of Shediac, Denise Vienneau (Denis) of Robichaud, Gisèle Vienneau of Shediac and Rachel Vienneau of Shediac; her grandchildren : Léon, Daniel, Venessa, Luc, François and Janie; her 11 great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Stanislas Vienneau (2000); her son, Freddy; her brother, Adrice; her sisters: Eva Lorette, Maggie Légère, Rita LeBlanc, Corinne Donnelle, Stéphanie Arsenault and Laura Donnelle.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 2642 Acadie Road, Cap Pelé (506-577-3297) on Monday December 22, 2025, from 7pm to 9pm and on Tuesday December 23, 2025, from 9:30am to 10:45am. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Sainte-Thérèse d’Avila R.C. Church 2648 Acadie Road Cap-Pelé at 11am, on Tuesday December 23. Interment will be held in the Sainte-Thérèse d’Avila parish cemetery.
