Anne Huggins, 83, of Moncton, passed away on Sunday November
2, 2025 at her residence. Born in Cap-Pelé, she was the
daughter of the late Louis and Marceline (Bourque)
LeBlanc.
Anne was passionate about cooking, staying active and being
by the ocean. Anne cherished the time she spent with family,
especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Ross; six
children: Cindy Brown (Harry), Lysa Huggins, Penny Hookey (Steve),
Chris, Tara Valen (late Ken), and Stacey MacNeil (Steven); eight
grandchildren: Emily, John, Brendyn, Anna, Meghan, Jack, Connor, and
Lyle; six siblings: Lucille Taylor, Louis, Paul (Winnie), Roger (Judy
Macrae), Thérèse Cleven (late Peter) and Eric
(Bruce McKinnon); one foster brother, Gerard McKenna; as well as
several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by one sister,
Roseline Breau, and two foster brothers: Justin McKenna and Donnie
McKenna.
By request, there will be no visitation and no funeral
service. In memory of Anne, a contribution to the CHU Dumont
Foundation (oncology) would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements are
in the professional care of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre,
