Melvina Drisdelle, 100, of Villa du Repos and formerly of North Street in Moncton, passed away on Friday October 17, 2025 at her residence. Born in Saint-Paul, she was the daughter of the late Philias and Madeleine (Gosselin) Drisdelle.

Prior to her retirement, Melvina worked at the Notre-Dame-d’Acadie College as a cook.

She is survived by her brother, Tilmon of Moncton, as well as a few family members.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by one brother, Emile.

There will be no visitation at the funeral centre. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Notre-Dame-de-la-Paix R.C. Church, 87 Murphy Avenue, Moncton on Thursday October 23, 2025, at 10 am. Melvina’s final resting place will be in the Saint-Paul R.C. cemetery. In memory of Melvina, a donation to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated.
