Cécile Doiron, 67, of Shediac passed away at the Dr-Georges-L-Dumont University Hospital Centre on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. Born in Moncton she was the daughter of the late Aristide and late Laurida (Vienneau) Léger.

She was a warm, creative soul who found joy in making beautiful things with her hands, tending her flower gardens, and staying connected with the friends who meant so much to her.

She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Alphée; her son, Jason of Moncton; one sister, Annette Langis (Paul Gratto) of Salisbury; one brother, Jean-Paul of Oshawa, ON; as well as many cousins and friends.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her daughter, Isabelle (2017); one brother Ronald ‘Ronnie’ and one brother-in-law, Valmond.

Visiting hours will be at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac (506-532-3297), on Sunday, October 19, from 6pm to 8pm only. The funeral service will be held at the funeral centre at 11 am on Monday, October 20, at 11am. Cécile’s final resting place will be in the St-Joseph R.C. cemetery in Shediac.
