Betty C. Allard, 92, formerly of Campbellton, passed away on Wednesday July 16, 2025 at Shannex Ocean Hall in Moncton. Born in Campbellton, she was the daughter of the late James Harvey and Cécile (LeBlanc) Gallant.

Prior to her retirement, Betty was a teacher in the Campbellton region.

She is survived by three daughters: Adrienne Allard (Giovanni), Rachel Allard and Gisèle Thorogood (Troy); six grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; two sisters: Ruby and Lorraine; five brothers: George, Chester, Lucien, Maurice, and Richard; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Adrien (2014); her son, André (2020); five sisters: Jackie, Rose-Marie, Lucille, Doreen, and Anne-Marie; and two brothers: James Don and Dave.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (506-858-1900) on Sunday July 20 from 2 to 4 pm only. There will be no funeral service. Interment will be in McLeods. In memory of Betty, a contribution to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
