Yvonne Arsenault, 78, of Shediac, passed away on Monday, June 9, 2025, at Villa Providence, Shediac. Born in Shediac, she was the daughter of William and Marguerite (Bourque) Renaud.

She is survived by her husband Larry Arsenault of Shediac; her daughter Danielle Arsenault of Shediac; her two sisters: Francine Cormier (Léonard) of Shediac and Denise Nolet (Paul) of Edmundston; her four brothers: Claude (Ella) of Haute-Aboujagane, Yvon (Jacqueline), Robert (Norma), and Michel, all of Shediac; and her brother-in-law Shawn Hickey of Scoudouc, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers: Ronald and Gilles; and two sisters, Rose-Marie LeBlanc and Johanne Hickey.

The family would like to thank the Extra-Mural Program, Shediac, the ALS Society and Social Development for their support, as well as the staff of the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC and Villa Providence for the attentive care given to Yvonne.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac (506-532-3297), on Sunday, June 15, 2025, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. only and Monday, June 16, from 10 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. The funeral will be celebrated on Monday, June 16, 2025, at 11 a.m. at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac (506-532-3297).
