Doris Gauvin, 89, of Moncton, passed away on Thursday June 5, 2025 at the Villa du Repos. Born in Loggieville, NB, she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Elvina (Guimond) Richard.

She is survived by three children: Annette Gauvin, Betty Gallant (Wilfred) and Michel Gauvin; three grand-children: Jason, Christine and Nathalie; four great-grandchildren: Zachary, Grace, Taylor and Cami; one sister, Edna Beke (John); one brother: Jack Richard (Diane); as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Ronald; one son, Ronald Jr; and one sister, Marie Daigle.

By request, there will be no visitation. The funeral service will be celebrated at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (858-1900) on Monday June 16, 2025 at 11 am. Interment will be at Our Lady of Calvary cemetery in Dieppe. In memory of Doris, a contribution to Alzheimer Society of NB would be appreciated.
