It is with great sadness that the family of Rachel Bourque, 74. announces her passing on Friday, May 16, 2025, at her residence, Faubourg du Mascaret (Pavilion Landry). 

Born in Moncton, NB, she was the daughter of the late Stanislas and Alma (Léger) Bourque of Scoudouc. 

Rachel is survived by her brother, Clarence of Scoudouc; daughter, Lise Léger (Shamus Gordon) of Yellowknife, NT; her stepson, Kenny King (Crystal) of Moncton; her granddaughters, Kaylie and Madison; as well as several nieces and nephews. 

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Monique Bourque, and sister in-law, Angèle (Doiron) Bourque. 

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac (506-532-3297) on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 from 1:00 pm to 2:45 pm. The funeral service will be held at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Shediac on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at 3pm. 

In memory of Rachel, a contribution to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
