Donald « Duck » Fougère, 74, of Shediac passed away on Saturday April 26th, 2025, at his residence. Born in Shediac, he was the son of the late Emery and Eveline (Landry) Fougère.
Donald worked for many years at Shediac Lobster Shop and was co-owner of Emery’s Taxi.
He is survived by his wife, Gloria (Brun) of Shediac; his son, Ricky of Shediac; one brother, Normand of Shediac: three nieces: Chantal, Nadine and Véronique as well as a grand-daughter Heidi.
Besides his parents he was predeceased by a brother, Alan.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre 396 Main Street Shediac (506-532-3297) where the funeral will be celebrated Thursday, May 1st, 2025, at 4pm. Visitation from 3pm until time of funeral. Burial will be in the Saint-Joseph R.C. Parish Cemetery in Shediac.
