At her residence, on Saturday April 26, 2025, Jocelyne Leger,
passed away at the age of 34 years. She was the daughter of Fernand
and Murielle (Allain) Leger of Bouctouche.
Besides her parents, she is survived by two sisters: Melanie
(Réné) and Micheline; her godfather, Normand
(Doris) Allain; as well as her dog Stretch whom she loved. Jocelyne
also leaves the Allain and Leger families.
She is now resting with her paternal grandparents, Valerie
and Georgina Leger; her maternal grandparents, Joseph and Ida Allain;
her godmother, Cécilia Richard; as well as several uncles,
aunts and cousins.
Jocelyne brought an abundance of love to life. She liked to
take drives to Notre-Dame to visit the Leger’s and party
with the Allain’s. She spent her days listening to music,
singing, and dancing in her chair with her friend Stretch. She loved
having her nails painted and looking good for her four boyfriends. She
liked to go out with her bag and her cell. Jocelyne's joie de vivre
was always to be with her father, mother and sisters.
The family would like to extend special thanks to Dr. Ronald
Fontaine, Dr. Cynthia Savoie, Dr. Peter Camfield, Dr. Wendy Stewart,
Dr. Joshi, Dr. Brine, Valérie, the Shediac Extramural Team
and the staff at the Bouctouche Guardian Pharmacy. We would also like
to make a special mention to Diane Duffy, Elmo (Jr.) and
Gisèle Bastarache, and her friends at the Centre
d’activité de Kent (Le phare des services
communautaires Inc).

at St-Jean-Baptiste church, 19 Irving Boulevard, Bouctouche, on Friday
May 2 at 11 am. As requested by the family, there will be no
visitation at the funeral home. In memory of Jocelyne and in lieu of
flowers, a contribution can be made to the Phare des services
communautaires for the Centre d’activité de Kent.
