Donald Gerard Mockler, 90, passed away at the Shannex Nursing
Home in Moncton on February 19, 2025. Born in Grand Falls,
he was the son of the late Ralph and Sadie (Bourgoin)

and curling. He was inducted into the Wall of Fame in Grand Falls,

sports.
In his retirement years, he got great pleasure from
performing magic and was known to many as Mr. Magic. He
performed for many groups, family and friends, and anyone who would
watch. Donny continued his Magic until the very
end.
Donny will sadly be missed by his wife of 68 years, Evelyn
(Howard); two sons: Michael (Cathy) of Fredericton and Thomas
(Gabriella) of Moncton; his granddaughter, Michela of Moncton; as well
as many nieces, nephews and friends.

Patrick, and two brothers: Richard and Elmer.
Thank you to all the Staff at Shannex (Ocean Hall) for their
great care.
