Valerie Lirette, 73, of Scoudouc, passed away on Friday February 2, 2025 at the Moncton Hospital. Born in Fredericton, she was the daughter of the late Lewis and Hazel (Brown) Johnson.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Allan; a daughter, Kathi Bodine (Brett) of Mooresville, North Carolina; a son, Lewie of Scoudouc; a brother, Lewis of Kingston, Ontario; as well as four grandchildren: Alex, Zoe, Kami, and Eli.
She was predeceased by a sister, Carolyn Kerr and a brother, Tommy.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac (506-532-3297) from where the funeral service will be celebrated on Saturday February 8 at 11:00 a.m. Visiting hours are Saturday from 10:00 am and 10:45 a.m. only. In memory of Valerie, a contribution to the Lung Association would be appreciated.
Cremation and funeral arrangements are under the direction of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Shediac.
