Jules A. LeBlanc, 90, of Moncton, passed away on Sunday December22, 2024 at The Moncton Hospital. Born in Moncton, he was the son of the late Edgar T. and Anna (Landry) LeBlanc.

Jules followed his father in the family business Moncton Plumbing & Supply becoming owner in the mid 1970’s. He sat on many Boards including the Mechanical Contractors Association of N.B. and Canada and the Construction Association of N.B. Jules retired in 1988 and set out with his wife traveling all over Canada and the US in his beloved Motor Home. His passion was singing whether in a choir or solo. His proudest moments were singing the national anthems at the AHL hockey games in the Moncton Coliseum.

He is survived by his wife of 66 years, Marguerite (Belliveau); three children: Josette Martin (Bill) of Summerside, Guy (Marie-Paule) and Janice Saikaly (Emile); all of Montreal; three sisters: Sr. Germaine LeBlanc ndsc, Huberte Boissonnault (late Victor), and Jeannine O’Hearn (late Don); four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by one daughter, Camilla Cassista; four sisters: Jacqueline, Zilla, Euclida and Josette; as well as five brothers: Raymond, René, Gérard, Guy, and Jean-Paul.

A private family service will be celebrated. Interment will be at Our Lady of Calvary cemetery in Dieppe. In memory of Jules, a contribution to the Friends of the Moncton Hospital, CHU Dumont Foundation or a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
