Yvette Sivret, 88, of Dieppe, passed away on Sunday December 8, 2024 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born in Sainte-Anne-de-Kent, she was the daughter of the late Sylvain and Elizabeth "Elise" (Arsenault) Doucette.

Prior to her retirement, Yvette worked at Palace Grill and Keddy’s Hotel.

She is survived by four children: Gérald (late Nancy) of Lakeville, Paul (Régina) of Irishtown, Normand (Shelley) of Albert Mines, and Roger of Lakeville; 10 grandchildren: Glenda, Monique, Kimmy, Jocelyn, Amy, Jordan, Chelsey, Nathan, Justin, and Krista; 11 great-grandchildren: Arthur, Julia, MacKenzie, Hannah, Liam, Caleb, Talia, Chloe, Addisyn, Blayke, and River; one sister, Lorette Vincent (late Glen) of Dartmouth, NS; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by four siblings: Thérèse, Jeannine, Léo, and Julie.

In accordance with her wishes, there will be no visitation and no funeral service at the funeral home. Interment will be at Our Lady of Calvary cemetery in Dieppe. In memory of Yvette, a contribution to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated. Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Moncton (506-858-1900).
