Émile Hébert, 91, of Moncton, passed away on Saturday December 7, 2024 at the Villa du Repos. Born in Moncton, he was the son of the late Frédérick and Régina (Léger) Hébert.

Prior to his retirement, Émile worked on security at Assumption building.

He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Maria LeBlanc; two children: Gisèle Hébert (Roy Soucoup) and Roland; two grandchildren: Thomas and Emily; two great-grandchildren: Harper and Sophia; one brother, Normand (Doris); as well as his nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by one son, George, and one sister, Jeannette.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (506-858-1900) where the funeral service will be celebrated on Wednesday December 11 at 3 pm. Visiting hours are Wednesday from 1:30 pm until time of funeral. Interment will be at Our Lady of Calvary cemetery in Dieppe. In memory of Émile, a contribution to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
