It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Julia Anne "Judy" LeBlanc, 82, on Sunday December 8, 2024 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born in Acadieville, she was the daughter of the late Dora Boucher and Alyre LeBlanc.

Julia will be remembered for her great cooking, her love of the beach where she spent much time with her grandkids, flowers and was happiest when she could make people laugh. Julia was of strong faith which brought her peace and strength. She will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Young (Todd) of Charters Settlement, NB; four grandchildren: Lauren Young, Robyn Young, Jacob LeBlanc and Tyler LeBlanc (Heather); four great-grandchildren: Carter, Everly, Greyson and Hailey; sister, Rena Sarno (Jack) of Maine; as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.

She was predeceased by her husband, Laurie LeBlanc; son, Steven LeBlanc; granddaughter, Ashley LeBlanc; and her sister, Diane Richard.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (506-858-1900) on Wednesday from 9:30 am until time of departure. The funeral mass will be celebrated at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church, 43 Botsford Street, Moncton on Wednesday December 11 at 11 am. Interment will be at Our Lady of Calvary cemetery, Dieppe. In memory of Julia, a contribution to the Canadian Cancer Society or the N.B. Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
