Marie Gaudet, 89, formerly of McSweeney Avenue in Moncton, passed away on Saturday November 30, 2024 at the Pavillon Landry of Faubourg du Mascaret. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Rosaline (Richard) Gaudet.

Prior to her retirement, Marie was an RNA at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont hospital.

She is survived by one brother-in-law, Charles Boudreau of Moncton; as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by four sisters: Thérèse, Albertine, Rita (Georges Drisdelle), and Rosaline; as well as one niece, Francine Blanche.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (506-858-1900) where the funeral service will be celebrated on Friday December 6 at 3 pm. Visiting hours are Friday from 2 pm until time of funeral. Interment will be at Our Lady of Calvary cemetery in Dieppe. In memory of Marie, a contribution to the Alzheimer Society or a mass offering would be appreciated.
