It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Colette Hendrickson, 63, of Pointe-du-Chêne, on November 8, 2024 at the Saint-John Regional Hospital. Born in Shediac, she was the daughter of Juliette (LeBlanc) and the late Francis Cormier.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Jeff Hendrickson of Pointe-du-Chêne; her mother, Juliette Cormier (Rene); brothers: Marc (Wendy) and Jacques (Val); father-in-law, Ron; brother-in-law, Barry (Nicole), and sister-in-law, Shari (Dan); as well as niece, Sophie, and nephews: Christian, Andrew and Mark.

She was predeceased by her father, Francis Cormier, and mother-in-law, Doreen Hendrickson.

Colette was a beautiful person who loved spending time with her precious fur babies, Bella and Rolly, while she cooked and baked for her family and friends.  She had a big heart and loved chatting, music and singing karaoke.

A celebration of Colette’s life will be held at the Pointe-du-Chêne Community Centre on Friday November 15 from 1 pm to 3 pm. Colette’s final resting place will be in the Frenette Columbarium, Shediac. In memory of Colette, a contribution to the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
