Hector Johnson, 78, of Acadieville, passed away on Wednesday September 11, 2024 at the Pavillon Landry of Faubourg du Mascaret. Born in Acadieville, he was the son of the late Marcel and Alexina (Doiron) Johnson.

Hector was a member and former president of the Carpenter’s Union.

He is survived by five children: Jennifer Johnson Iannuazi (Michael), Christopher Johnson (Courtney Croft), Ricky Johnson (Pati), Debbie Johnson Boulet (Tim), and Judy Johnson; two brothers: James "Jimmy" and Robert "Bob"; his girlfriend, Alfreda Caissie; the mothers of his children: Helena Goguen and Yolande Martin; as well as many grandchildren, one great-granddaughter, nieces, and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by three brothers: Odilon, Marcel, and Gerard.

In accordance with his wishes, there will be no visitation and no funeral service. In memory of Hector, a contribution to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated. Interment will be in Acadieville parish cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Moncton (506-858-1900).
