Florence Dora Lirette "Nan", 82, passed away on September 8, 2024, in Moncton, NB with her loved ones by her side. Born in Amherst, NS, she was the daughter of the late William "Bill" and Dora (Brine) Prendergast.

She was a loving sister, aunt, niece and daughter. Beloved mother to her daughters: Debora, Cathy, and Allison. Florence adored her grandchildren: Tammy (Gilles), Matthew (Jen), Ashley (Raja), Ryan (Jo-Annie), Tyler, Justin, and Natalie (Bailey). Her heart swelled with joy at the arrival of her great-grandchildren: Scarlett, Fallyn, and Bear.

Florence's life was one filled with love and compassion. She had an unwavering dedication to caring for others that extended far beyond her own family. Known for her nurturing spirit and kind heartedness, she touched countless lives throughout the years.

She will be remembered as a woman who exuded confidence and elegance; she knew she looked good. Florence took pride in always presenting herself impeccably - from head to toe.

Her greatest source of happiness came from spending time with her cherished grandchildren whom she loved unconditionally. Whether it was baking cookies together or sharing stories – these moments were precious to Florence.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (506-858-1900) from where the funeral service will be celebrated on Wednesday September 11, 2024 at 11:30 am.
