It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Charlotte Leger, 102, at the Villa Providence Shediac on Thursday, July 25, 2024. Born in Shediac, she was the daughter of the late Napoléon Honoré and the late Julie (Landry) Leger.

She was the last surviving member of her immediate family.

She is survived by a sister-in-law Marjorie Leger (late Norbert) of St. John, a brother-in-law Charles Roy (late Hélène) of Moncton as well as three generation of nieces and nephews who loved her very much.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by three sisters: Juliette Breau (Harold), Rachel Leger and Hélène Roy (Charles); three brothers: Maurice, Norbert (Marjorie), Raymond and an infant brother: Thomas Eugène.

The funeral will be celebrated in Saint-Joseph R. C. Church, 415 Main Street, Shediac on Wednesday, July 31 at 11 am. Burial will take place in the Saint-Joseph Cemetery, Shediac.

In memory of Charlotte, a contribution to Saint-Joseph Cemetery, Shediac or to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
