Eve Joseph Allain, 94, of Moncton, passed away on Saturday May 11, 2024 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born in Acadieville, he was the son of the late Edmond and Sophie (Doiron) Allain.

Prior to his retirement, Eve lived and worked in Worcester, Massachusetts. He was a member of Knights of Columbus - Council 1310.

He is survived by five sons: David (Cheryl), Paul (Lynn), Raymond (Elaine), Jimmy (Cindy), and Brian (Lisa); two sisters: Ronalda Allain and Adéline Poirier; one brother, Abraham (Anna); as well as several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his first wife, Mary Longphee; his second wife, Patricia Gould; five sisters: Florida, Anise, Ludivine, Dorina, and Doris; three brothers: Euclide, Eulysse and Valéri.

The family will receive condolences at the Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (560-858-1900) from where the funeral service will be celebrated on Tuesday May 21 at 10:30 am.
