Clovis LeBlanc, 83, of
Cap-Pelé, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 29,
2024, at the Dr Georges-L Dumont UHC surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Cap-Pelé, he was the son of the late
Aimé and Béatrice (Boudreau)
LeBlanc.
Before his retirement, he
was employed by Fagan Brothers Foundations Ltd and Landry Landry Shop.
He loved farming, gardening, and especially spending time with his
family.
He is survived by his
loving spouse of 62 years, Rhéa (Fagan), his four sons:
Michel (Joanne) of Scoudouc, Donald (Charline) of Trois-Ruisseaux,
André (Linda), and Camille (Krista) both of
Cap-Pelé; six siblings: Arcade (Valerice) of Scoudouc, Mary
McGregor (Harry) of Gaspé QC, Alfred of
Cap-Pelé, Elise McLeod (Bruce) of Scoudouc, Claude
(Camilla) of Shediac, and Alban (Daniella) of Scoudouc; five
grandchildren: Ghyslain, Jeremie, Felix, Remi, and Nicky; four great
grandchildren: Olivia, Samuel, Ellie, and Alice as well as several
cousins, nephews and nieces.
He was predeceased by his
siblings: Jude, Dorice, Jos, Ronald, and
Jean-Guy.
The family will receive
condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 2642 Acadie
Road, Cap-Pelé on Tuesday, March 5 from 1 pm to 3:45 pm.
The funeral will be held at
Ste-Thérèse-d’Avila R. C. church, 2648
Acadie Road, Cap-Pelé on Tuesday, March 5 at 4 pm. The
funeral will be recorded, and the video will be available on Clovis
obituary on our website at the end of the day. Interment will
be at Ste-Thérèse-d’Avila cemetery in
Cap-Pelé.
