It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Évangeline Boudreau, 88, on Monday January 22, 2024 at the Pavillon Landry of Faubourg du Mascaret in Moncton. She resided at People Park Tower following her moving from Dieppe. She was born in Grand Barachois (formerly Dupuis Corner) and the daughter of the late Louis and Edmée (Boudreau) Doiron.

She is survived by four children: Maurice (Bernice) of Caissie Cape, Odette of Riverview, Gilles (Nicole Godbout) of Fredericton and Joanne Gagné (Jean) of Moncton; five grandchildren: Mathieu, René, Nicolas, Karine and Gabriel; four great-grandchildren: William, Luka, Callie and Milo; as well as her nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Terence "Terry" in 2017.

The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude to the staff of the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC and the Pavillon Landry for their professional service during her stay. She was happy at her new residence.

The family will receive condolences at the Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (506-858-1900) from where the funeral service will be celebrated on Saturday February 17 at 11 am followed by a reception. Visiting hours are Saturday February 17 from 9:30 am until time of funeral. Interment will be in Grand-Barachois. In memory of Évangeline, a contribution to the N.B. Heart and Stroke Foundation or Diabetes Canada would be appreciated.
