Yvonne Robichaud, 85, of Moncton, passed away on Friday January 12, 2024 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born in Inkerman, she was the daughter of the late Wilfred «Alfred» and Geneviève «Jeanne» (Mercure) Robichaud.

Generous and dedicated, she liked making the people around her happy.

She is survived by three sisters: Sr. Anne Robichaud, r.j.m., Fernande Robichaud, and Nicole Robichaud, all of Moncton; two brothers: Dr. Lucien Robichaud (Art Mariano) of Toronto, ON, and Dr. Alfred Robichaud (Josette Ferguson) of Pointe-du-Chêne; as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family would like to thank all those who intervened in the course of Yvonne's illness and especially Francine Savoie for her unconditional dedication and much appreciated support during these difficult times.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (506-858-1900) where the funeral service will be celebrated on Friday January 19 at 11 am. Visiting hours are Friday from 10 am until time of funeral. The funeral service will be streamed live; to view the funeral, go to Yvonne’s obituary on the Frenette Website. Interment will be in Inkerman. In memory of Yvonne, a contribution to the CHU Dumont Foundation (palliative care) would be appreciated.
