Irene Breau, 84, of Lakeville West. Co, passed away on Thursday January 4, 2024 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born in England, she was the daughter of the late Harold and Muriel Scattergood.

She is survived by her husband, François; three children: Susan McBain, Janet Giddins, and David Giddins; one sister, Joyce Tomlison; as well as several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by one brother, David.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. In memory of Irene, a contribution to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.  Funeral arrangements are in the professional care of Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, Moncton (506-858-1900).
