Jason Brian White, 45, of Moncton, passed away on Wednesday January 3, 2024 at The Moncton Hospital. Born in Stephenville, NL, he was the son of Nancy (Jackson) Wentzell and step-father Randy, and Brian White and stepmother Rita, all of Newfoundland.

Jason was employed at Loblaw Distribution Centre.

Besides his parents, he is survived by his common-law wife, Ashley Tenass; his step-daughter, Selena Tenass of Moncton; his maternal grandmother, Fidelis Jackson (late Charles) of Stephenville, NL; his brother, Jeremy of Stephenville, NL; one step-sister, Sarah Wentzell of Bridgewater, NS; his step-brother, Justin Wentzell (Seneca) of Trenton, ON; as well as his nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Charles Jackson; his paternal grandparents, Richard and Gladys (Patey) White.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (506-858-1900) on Sunday January 7 from 2 to 4 pm only. There will be no funeral service. In memory of Jason, a contribution to the Friends of The Moncton Hospital Foundation (cardiology) would be appreciated.
