It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Bernice Irène Landry, 77, at the Dr. Georges-L. Dumont UHC on Thursday, December 28th, 2023. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Alphonse and Judith (Hébert) Brun.
She is survived by her four daughters: Jeannette Belliveau (Terry) of Shediac, Janice Gallant (late Albert Jr.) of Shediac, Danielle Gallant (Marc) of Scoudouc and Monique Landry of Shediac; three sisters: Léola Comeau (feu Pat) of Shediac, Edith Bourque (feu Léonide) of Shediac, and Bernadette Boudreau (Ronald) of Petit-Cap; two brothers: Laurie (Annette) of Shediac and Bernard (Annette) of Cormier-Village; seven grandchildren : Daniel, Pierre, Luc, Stephanie, Josh, Nicholas and Jenna; 10 great grandchildren: Mia, Jayden, Zoé, Ema, Chloé, Adyson, Greyson, Noah, Amelia et Jack; two sisters-in-law: Carmel and Élianne both of Dieppe, also several nephews and nieces.
She was predeceased by her spouse, Paul-Émile (2003), five brothers: Armand, Réginald, Jean-Paul, Claude, and Henri, infant brother Laurie and infant sister Edith.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac, on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, from 2 pm to 4 pm and from 7 pm to 9 pm only. The funeral will be held at the St-Joseph R. C. church, 415, Main Street, Shediac on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at 3 pm.
In memory of Bernice, a contribution to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
