Edward Mack, 80, of Moncton, passed away on Wednesday December 6, 2023 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born in Cardinal, ON, he was the son of the late Gerald and Margaret (McCurrie) Mack.

Edward was a proud member of the Canadian Army for numerous years. After retirement, he worked for Commissionaires Services at Atlantic Lottery Corporation.

He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Jeanne (LeBlanc); two sisters: Edna Black (late John) and Ann Dunlop (late Bob); one half-brother, Mike McCurrie (Pauline); as well as his nieces and nephews.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (506-858-1900) where the funeral service will be celebrated on Monday December 11 at 11 am. Visiting hours are Monday from 10 am until time of funeral. By the family’s request, face coverings are strongly recommended. The veterans will hold a service of remembrance at the funeral centre on Monday at 10:15 am. Interment will be at Saint-Pierre cemetery in Cocagne. In memory of Edward, a contribution to the CHU Dumont Foundation (oncology) would be appreciated.
