Daniel "Danny" Cormier, 63, of Cap-Pelé, passed away suddenly, Monday October 2, 2023, at his residence. Born in Toronto, Ontario, he was the son of Alfred (Freddy) and Annette (Landry) Cormier.

Danny was a loving, caring man with a genuine heart who enjoyed laughing and talking to everyone he knew.

Danny loved Christmas, puzzles, bingo and walks on the beach. Roger, his cousin, was like a brother to him and Felix was like a son to Danny. He loved to cheer Félix on at hockey and baseball.

Besides his parents, he will be sadly missed by his sister, Mona Cormier of Dieppe; two brothers: Bernard (Michelle) of Alberta and Brian of Moncton; two nieces, Emma Owens and Toni Cormier; two nephews: Ryan Cormier and Mathieu Owens as well as many loving cousins, aunts and uncles.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 2642 Acadie Road, Cap-Pelé on Wednesday, October 18 from 6 to 9 pm only. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Ste-Thérèse d'Avila Church, 2648 Acadie Road, Cap-Pelé, on Thursday October 19 at 10:30 am.

In memory of Danny, a contribution to the Canadian Cancer Society or to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of New Brunswick would be appreciated.
