It is with sadness that we learned of the passing of our brother and uncle, Normand LeBlanc, 64, of Whitby, ON, on Monday, September 25, 2023, at his residence following pulmonary complications. Born in Moncton, he was the son of the late Adelard and Alma (Gautreau) LeBlanc.
He is survived by his two brothers: Elphège (Annette) of Petit-Cap and Norbert (late Donalda) of Bas-Cap-Pelé; a sister, Denise LeBlanc (André Blanchet) of Dieppe, as well as many nieces and nephews.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 2642 Acadie Road, Cap-Pelé (506-577-3297) where the funeral service will be celebrated on Friday October 20 at 2 pm. Visiting hours are Friday October 20 from 1 pm until time of funeral. Interment will be at St-Thimothée cemetery in Shemogue. In memory of Roger, a contribution to the Lung Association would be appreciated.
