Gaëtane Gosselin, 70, of Dieppe, passed away on Wednesday August 23, 2023 at her residence. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Alyre and Edmée (O’Brien) Gosselin.

Prior to her retirement, Gaëtane was a print operator at Co-op Atlantic.

She is survived by her special partner, Peter Fraser; six sisters: Monique LeBlanc (Hugh Jones) of Pointe-du-Chêne, Jocelyne Gosselin-MacFarlane (Bruce) of Toronto, ON, Murielle DiDomenicantonio (Bernardino) of Riverview, Huguette Gosselin-Grant (Reg Gallant), Pierrette McKnight (Joe), and Nicole Bastarache (Gary), all of Moncton; 11 nieces and nephews: Lyanne, Adrieno, Nadine, Cynthia, Natalie, David, Stephanie, Jayson, Jessica, Erika, and Julie; 12 great-nieces and great-nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers-in-law: Hubert LeBlanc and Tony Grant; and one niece, Ginette LeBlanc.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (506-858-1900) where the funeral service will be celebrated on Friday September 1 at 10:30 am. Visiting hours are Thursday August 31 from 6 to 8 pm only. Interment will be at Our Lady of Calvary cemetery in Dieppe. In memory of Gaëtane, a contribution to Crossroads for Women would be appreciated.
