Thi-Nuong Le, 84, of Moncton, passed away on Wednesday August 23, 2023 at The Moncton Hospital. Born in Vietnam, she was the daughter of the late Van Thuong Le and the late Thi Nu Truong.

Prior to her retirement, Thi-Nuong and her husband were the owners and operators of Nan King restaurant in Cap-Pelé. She had also worked in the kitchen of the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont Hospital.

She is survived by her husband of 58 years, Van Tot Nguyen; three children: Minh-Tam Nguyen, Minh-Trang Nguyen (Cedric Gyselinx), and Minh-Truc (Kim My Lu); one niece, Yen Le; two nephews: Vi Nghiep Le and Hung Nghiep Le.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Thi My Le (Cau Le).

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (506-858-1900) on Wednesday August 30 from 10 am to 12 pm only. There will be no funeral service. Interment will be at Fair Haven Memorial Gardens in Moncton. In memory of Thi-Nuong, a contribution to Spencer Home Foundation would be appreciated.
