Régina Cormier, 87, of Notre-Dame, passed away at Hospice SENB Albert House in Moncton on Sunday July 9, 2023. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Augustin and Hélène (Hébert) Caissie.

She is survived by four children: Georges, Julia Boudreau (Gilles), Yvon (Andréa), and Réginald (Claudette); eight grandchildren: Linda, Justine, Gilbert, Guy, Michel, Krystle, Jacques, and Maiya; seven great-grandchildren: Sophie, Thomas, Kevin, Joey, Alex, Aria, and Nova; two great-great-grandchildren: Liam and Skylar; one sister, Bertha Després (late Ronald); as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Jacques (2003); one sister, Laura; and four brothers: Johnny, Robert, Albénie, and Louis.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (506-858-1900) where the funeral service will be celebrated on Wednesday July 12 at 11 am. Visiting hours are Wednesday from 10 am until time of funeral service. Interment will be in Notre-Dame. In memory of Régina, a contribution to Hospice SENB (Albert House) or Shediac Extra Mural would be appreciated.
