Simonne Landry, 81, of Moncton, passed away on Wednesday June 28, 2023 at the Villa du Repos. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late Thaddée and Aurélie (Bastarache) Bourque.

She is survived by three children: Suzanne Landry of Moncton, Daniel (Cindy White) of Toronto, ON, and Joanne of Moncton; three grandsons: Nicholas, Brandon, and Cameron; two great-grandchildren: Naomi and Elijha; four sisters: Claudette Clark (late Gary) of Campbellton, Rachelle Cormier (late Paul) of Moncton, Yolande Richard (Maurice) of Aurora, ON, and Yvette Bourque of Shediac; two brothers: Claude of Moncton and Jean-Paul of Nova Scotia; as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her common-law husband, Leo Pitts.

In accordance to her wishes, there will be no visitation and no funeral service. In memory of Simonne, a contribution to Diabetes Canada, the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated.
