William "Billy" Palmer, 45, of Moncton, passed away on Thursday June 22, 2023 at his residence. Born in Moncton, he was the son of Sharon Palmer-Legere (Isaac Legere) and the late William E. Palmer.

Besides his mother and stepfather, he is survived by: one brother, Andrew Palmer of Moncton; his paternal grandfather, Edward Palmer of Moncton; one niece, Karley Petitpas; four nephews: Tye Palmer, Brayden Petitpas, Carter Petitpas and Liam Petitpas all of Moncton as well as a special friend, Ron Standish of London, Ontario as well as, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Besides his father, he was predeceased by his fiancé, Tanya Bourque; his sister, Erika Palmer-Petitpas; his maternal grandparents, Gus and Ruby Pedersen; and his paternal grandmother, Violet Palmer.

The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 88 Church Street, Moncton (506-858-1900) where the funeral service will be celebrated on Tuesday June 27, 2023 at 11 am. Visiting hours are Tuesday from 10 am until time of funeral. In memory of Billy, a contribution to Teen Challenge London, Ontario (1-519-652-0771) would be appreciated.
