Terrance "Terry" Cormier, 68, of Cap-Bimet,
passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on
Saturday May 27th, 2023. Born in Moncton, he
was the son of Camilla (Gautreau) Cormier of Dieppe and the late
Léo-Paul Cormier.
Prior to his retirement, Terry was employed by
Atlantic Beverage and Red Carpet Coffee before spending 30 years
working at the Coliseum for the City of Moncton. Terry was a very
kind, loving and outgoing person who enjoyed spending time with family
and friends and sharing stories about his life adventures. He was an
amazing man who will be truly missed and forever in our
hearts.
Besides his mother, Camilla, he is survived by his
loving spouse and best friend of 17 years, Pam McDonald; his daughter,
Renée (Christopher Heckman) of Halifax; stepdaughter, Tara
McDonald (Philippe De Nert) of Grande-Digue; three grandchildren:
Ryan, Sophie, and Madison; two sisters: Jeannette Chiasson (Paul) and
Joanne LeBlanc (Maurice) both of Cap-Bimet, as well as many nieces and
nephews.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette
Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac on Sunday June
4th from 7 to 9 pm only. The funeral mass will
be celebrated at St-Henri-de-Barachois R. C. Church, 1356 route 133,
Grand-Barachois, on Monday June 5th at 2 pm. In
memory of Terry, a contribution to the Canadian Cancer Society or the
Hospice Albert House would be
appreciated.
